CHARACTERS ➙ killers; My personal HC is that any injuries Killers receive in a trial, are instantly healed if they manage to kill everyone, if not, it all depends on how poorly they performed, then the Entity will leave them to suffer from their wounds until called upon again. killers only get one copy of an add-on at a time. i.e. rin only has one copy of her mother-daughter ring and one copy of her father's glasses, but she uses the latter as much as she can but they keep coming back later on. when killers have an obsession, they hallucinate it being someone from their life that they want to kill. rin sees her father, caleb sees bayshore, philip sees azarov, etc. if the killer is running a mori the atmosphere in the trial feels more oppressive. too much mori usage leads to torture. the entity does get fed by moris which is why they count towards the sacrifice emblem but it's less than straight sacrifices and it's more the entity feeding off the killer's rage and bloodlust than anything from the survivor, which is basically table scraps. the bloodweb is canon, which is how killers can learn perks from other killers. another way to learn perks is being taught the perk (i.e. hag teaching billy and bubba her hexes) or watching another killer pull off said perk (susie learns franklin's demise through bubba) I headcanon that killers keep all the scars from entity torture ➙ survivors; survivors sometimes go scourge for supplies in the fog. also, there are no rules in the fog. ➙ killers&survivors I'm going to say they linger for a while so survivors can come back to the campfire wearing the more ridiculous cosmetics i headcanon that pretty much everyone can feel that something awful happened in each of the realms/maps but badham is Special unlike the other killers freddy can leave a metaphorical imprint on the map because of his power should either of them lose limbs somehow outside of a trial, they need to be killed in order for a reset. survivors don't know who's been killed/sacrificed/escaped. killers do, "they get a Feeling in the back of their mind bc of the entity being annoyed" should a survivor bring a killer's add on (i.e. zarina bringing iridescent coin in a deathslinger trial) then the killer's add on will activate. it will disappear after the trial unless the killer brings a black ward or, strangely enough, a survivor brings a white ward. ➙ deathslinger; i think with abraham he starts out seeing everyone differently not just the obsession. but with entity shenanigans i feel like he'd still see the obsession differently even after he learns the truth plus dead man's switch rewards him for hooking the obsession too ➙ michael myers and laurie strode; siblings. still based on the first halloween movie and halloween 2018, but keeping the siblings part from the 2nd movie. using hobo!michael's looks with classic!michael's scar, combining the two in a way. ➙ jake park; a sabo rat to dad. the sole inspiration for him to improve his traps so jake can't mess with them ever again other members of the 'we hate jake park' club: amanda, abraham jake's experienced this (accidentally entering the fog and ending up in a killer's realm) bc he's a woods boi and there's too many people at the campfire so he wanders off a lot bc he wants to be alone // trying to go to red forest bc he knows huntress doesn't mind him too much but no it's the woods around the Macmillan estate ➙ freddy; what if freddy outside of trials has the same power level as og freddy before his rework i.e. he has to actually drag people into the dream world but during trials he can just wait for them to fall asleep bc the entity is allowing him to have that power for the trial yeah and also it'd be kinda like... encouragement? It’s based on who would kill each other. Evan wouldn’t disobey the Entity, and except for when he doesn’t have amnesia, neither would Philip, so even though they are not friends, it’s not dangerous for them to be in a realm together. Freddy is one of the most dangerous and a loose canon, so he’s blocked—has been stopped—from physically manifesting in any places but his own. The reason for not putting up barriers everywhere is twofold—one, it helps killers go longer if they’re social and allowed some small amount of ability to speak to each other—it doesn’t want all of them completely mad. But also, it’s just energy. A lot of the mistakes the Entity makes are based around being the opposite of the “The Man Who Sleeps With a Machete is a Fool Every Night But One” tweet—it’s like “why would I waste so much energy maintaining safeguards that are literally never challenged?
