(headcanon) - What she would look like if restored to her human form. - What she would look like if her limbs were attached again along with the return of her pupils. - rin's course when she was still alive is children's education ( x ) - in her home when out of trials, it's the most time rin has a grasp on her humanity the most. in trials is when she's angriest because of yamaoka anger, not wanting to be tortured by the entity if she fails to please, and to those who trespass (ala the grudge). the estate in the entity's realm, despite it being a poor copy, is the closest thing to being home. - rin will always have an obsession every match, and it makes rin hallucinate that it's her father. - rin got tortured once by the entity because she tunneled the obsession too much. it forces her to become a better killer (the entity's best) and to tunnel less, even though the urge is there to hunt her "father" down as much as she can. he's the reason why she desires revenge after all. - it's impossible to take a photo of rin with a normal camera, the photo revealing only a dark shadow. - because they share realms and they're both yamaoka-owned, the spirit meets her ancestor. - the swords she and the oni have aren't the same with the former's being smaller. it does, however, come from the same set with the third one untouched and left in the estate. - the few killers the spirit despises is freddy and the clown because of her own traumatic death being similar to what they do to people. - knows how to make origami figures. - owned a bonsai when she was still alive. - A silver ring engraved with "for my precious daughter". -- has been given a ring from her mother, so this is basically canon. the headcanon part is that it's somewhere in the estate and no one can touch it but her, otherwise death. - used to like sports. - may or may not have a third eye because of the 'fused demon' head piece. - devs said everyone in the game is 21+, so making rin 21 seems doable since she's still going to her university in her story. - killers only get one copy of an add on at a time. rin always uses her fathers glasses when given because she doesn't want it in her presence, while the mother-daughter ring resides on the ancestral shrine. - birth year: 1997 it would be in line w/ her being 20/21 since her uni opened in 1996 - her parents: >> satoshi yamaoka - pb is ken watanabe >> ????? yamaoka - pb is tba - rin's dad's career theory: that reminds me idk where I saw it but there was a theory that rin's dad worked for a company that manufactured train parts? and after the train that Adam was on crashed, the blame was placed on rin's dad and he was fired for that?
